- By setting up a Web telemeter system at relay pumping stations in Maeda, Nishihara and Minatogawa, monitoring can be done via Internet by a PC or mobile phone. When a failure occurs, a notification will be sent via email to the PC or mobile phone. At the Maeda Relay Pumping Station, two PCs with a monitoring system and a server were set up. Any failure signal from the Web telemeter will be collected via Internet and displayed in graphics. A ledger will be created, and a warning will be displayed.
